Müller30 is a newly constructed residential building in Frankfurt am Main offering modern, fully furnished apartments for rent. Developed by a private property firm, the project targets young professionals and expats seeking high-quality, energy-efficient housing in a central location. The website was created to showcase the building and its units, offering a sleek and informative experience without direct booking functionality.

Challenge

As the building neared completion, the client needed a website that could effectively present the project to potential renters — before move-ins began. The challenge was to design a visually appealing site that highlighted the building’s key selling points (modern architecture, energy efficiency, and full furnishing), provided essential information like floor plans and apartment layouts, and functioned smoothly across devices. Since the goal was to inform and drive inquiries, not process bookings, the focus remained on clear presentation and strong performance.

Solution

A fast, responsive, and content-rich website was created to support Müller30’s launch into the rental market. Built using the Jigsaw static site generator and deployed via AWS CloudFront, the site offers a streamlined browsing experience that highlights the building's unique appeal through visuals, layout information, and architectural details.
